2.1 WordCopyAi is an AI-powered copywriting tool available on iOS and the web.
2.2 D App Online Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, at any time or from time to time, with or without notice.
3.1 Users must register for an account to access and utilize the full features of the Service.
3.2 Users are responsible for keeping their account information and password confidential.
4.1 Certain features of the Service may require payment.
4.2 All payments are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
5.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, excluding content provided by users, are and will remain the exclusive property of D App Online Ltd and its licensors.

7.1 D App Online Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that D App Online Ltd believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, D App Online Ltd, or third parties, or for any other reason.
7.2 Users may also terminate their accounts at any time through the Service interface or by contacting D App Online Ltd directly.
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, D App Online Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
9.1 These Terms are intended to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws that are universally applicable, regardless of your place of residence or where you access the Service. Should any dispute arise concerning these Terms or the breach thereof, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute.
9.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the parties agree to seek resolution through the appropriate legal channels in a jurisdiction deemed suitable by D App Online Ltd.
10.1 D App Online Ltd may amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute the user's consent to such changes.
